I found this company to be excellent in all aspects.My order was shipped to me undamaged and very fast.I have read other reviews and find a lot of complaints,but Everything with my order was perfect.Great customer service,shipping,and pricepoint all was Fantastic.This was the third time I have purchased a scooter,so This was the third time I have ordered a scooter and found this company tops among the others.My whole order only took 8 days from the initial order to receiving the scooter at my doorstep.I even received a small tool kit plus a c.d. explaining the scooter itself.In the end I say Buy from this company and rest assured you will be satisfied with the whole experience.,,,Good,,,Day.
